For stir fry, we use a bit of Bragg's amino acids. It's sort kind of like soy

sauce including being incredibly salty, so we only use a small amount....

Unfortunately Bragg's is also soy-based. But I really appreciate teh

suggestion - all avenues are worth pursuing!
