sweetners/ clear gel

Hi !

 

I was at the market yesterday and saw a sweetner that was new to me. It

was called Agave Nectar, natural sweetener. There was amber and light.

I bought the light. Has anyone used this kind of sweetner before?

 

Also I bought some instant Clear Gel.. can I use it in bread like I do

Emes.. or do I need the regular clear gel for that?
