Guest guest Posted May 10, 2006 Report Share Posted May 10, 2006 Tofu Mayonnaise 300g (10 1/2 oz) firm silken tofu 1/4 cup oil 2 tablespoons (8 teaspoons) lemon juice 2 teaspoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
