Guest guest
Welcome, Sam! I was thinking all soy products were complete protein, which would include TVP, meat analogs, edamame, soymilk, etc. But you really don't have to worry about the complete protein thing as long as you eat a variety of foods. I was vegan for 9 years and didn't worry about it and was completely healthy. My daughter has been vegan for about 12 years and is also just fine. Instead of protein, I'd be concerned with getting enough calcium and B12. There are many excellent vegan vitamins and calcium out there, so this shouldn't be a problem either.
