Annice * Exported from MasterCook * Yogurt Soup Recipe By :Jane Brody Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cold Soups Low-Fat Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups nonfat yogurt 1/2 cup ice water 1 large cucumber -- peeled, diced fine (or 4 small) 2 cloves garlic -- minced 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons dill -- snipped 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 cup walnuts -- finely chopped or pine nuts Combine yogurt, water and cucumber. Chill. Two hours before serving, add remaining ingredients, except walnuts. At serving time, stir in nuts. A cowoker brought in a purchased version that was wonderful...cucumbers..whole milk.yogurt.dill and garlic..any ideas?
