Guest guest
I had never thought of peas as a 'negative calorie' vegetable!! They certainly are labour intensive to prepare. I love them but sadly they aren't available fresh anywhere around here. In fact I don't recall ever having seen fresh garden peas anywhere in Holland which is quite unusual as the smaller sugar snap peas and snow peas are readily available. Good luck with the wine making.
