Guest guest Posted October 12, 2004 Report Share Posted October 12, 2004 Steamed Lentil Sprouts Source: Total Health 3 cups lentil sprouts (1 cup dry lentils) 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloved fresh minced garlic, optional 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (gf if necessary) 6 Tbsp. water Steam all ingredients in covered skillet until sprouts are crispy-tender (6 - 10 minutes). Serves 6. How to serve? Great for breakfast as a side dish, or steamed with summer vegetables for a quick main meal entree. Delicious over brown basmati rice.
