Hello,

Do you think I could just add an extra cup of sesame seeds instead

of the sunflower seeds? I am not able to eat anything with

sunflower seeds and unsure if this receipe would be ok with a cup of

sesame.

Thanks!

Ramey

Hi Ramey,

I think sesame seeds would work nicely in this recipe. You could also use

pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, nuts, or a blend of any of them. I think that

granola with seeds in it is especially delicious and can be very tender and

delicious!

What about hemp seeds. They really pack a punch nutritionally as well.
