Guest guest Posted March 23, 2004 Report Share Posted March 23, 2004 Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette Source: Lorna Sass' Complete Vegetarian Kitchen 2 T. toasted sesame oil 4 T. untoasted sesame, safflower, or canola oil 2 T. brown rice vinegar 1 to 2 T. soy sauce 2 T. toasted sesame seeds 1. In a small jar, combine all of the ingredients and shake well. Taste and adjust the seasonings. 2. Use immediately or refrigerate in a well sealed container for up to 3 weeks.
