Guest guest
Dear all: What do you find yourself taking to eat at work for lunch? I'm starting a new job, and while I don't know yet whether we'll have a fridge and microwave or not, I assume we will. So what do you take with you in your lunchbox? I'm thinking miso soup in a thermos, maybe some homemade ramen with sauce, or rice and sauteed veggies, which usually reheat ok. ~Erin
Guest guest
Hi Erin! I have now been meat-free for one week and very much enjoying it! For lunch I made a big batch of Roasted Veggie and Barley Soup which I put in small containers in the freezer and I just grab one to heat up at lunch. The recipe is on Epicurious, It's very good and reheats well. ~Kelley~ Veg-Recipes , Erin Shoemate <dindrane@n...> wrote: > > Dear all: > > What do you find yourself taking to eat at work for lunch?
