corn/barley/baking substitutes help

Hello,

 

I need help. I am gluten/casein/sugar/yeast/corn intolerant. I

need help with a few recipes that I have run across.

 

One recipe calls for corn meal - know of any good substitutes?

 

Another recipe calls for barley flour - again...know of any good

substitutes?

 

Baking soda and baking powder also have an bad affect on me. Can

any one give any advise on what I can do?
