Guest guest Posted May 11, 2005 Report Share Posted May 11, 2005 BBQ LENTILS 2 1/3 c Lentils -- rinsed 5 c Water 1/2 c Molasses 2 tb Brown sugar 1 tb Vinegar (brown rice) 1/2 c Ketchup 1 t Dry mustard (the spice) 1 t Worcestershire sauce (vegetarian/gf) 16 oz Tomato sauce 2 tb Minced onions Recipe by: USA Dry Pea & Lentil Council Add lentils to water, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 min or until tender but whole.
