French Toast

Source: 3ABN

 

1 1/2 cups water

1 cup raw unsalted cashews

1/4 cup dates

1/8 tsp. salt

 

Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into bowl. Dip slices of

gluten free bread in mixture, shaking off excess, and place on oiled

cookie sheet. Broil at 450 degrees until browned (approximately 7 - 8

minutes). Turn and brown other side (approximately 4 - 5 minutes).

Serve with your favorite fruit topping.
