Guest guest Posted May 9, 2005 Report Share Posted May 9, 2005 French Toast Source: 3ABN 1 1/2 cups water 1 cup raw unsalted cashews 1/4 cup dates 1/8 tsp. salt Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into bowl. Dip slices of gluten free bread in mixture, shaking off excess, and place on oiled cookie sheet. Broil at 450 degrees until browned (approximately 7 - 8 minutes).
