Guest guest Posted November 18, 2004 Report Share Posted November 18, 2004 I've got DH too and other iodine rich foods that I have to avoid are any type of kelp, nori, carrageenan....but I can use sea salt. Go figure. I've read that once the gluten is totally out of my system, I shouldn't have to be careful about iodine foods anymore.
