Guest guest Posted May 9, 2005 Report Share Posted May 9, 2005 Holiday Crunch Salad Source: 3ABN 4 cups broccoli, 1 " pieces 4 cups cauliflower, 1 " pieces 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half 1 1/2 cups vegan mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener of choice 2 Tbsp. lemon juice sprinkle of paprika for top of salad after it has been tossed Put veggies into a large bowl.
