Guest guest Posted May 9, 2005 Report Share Posted May 9, 2005 Fruit Cream Source: Fabulous Foods for Family and Friends Serves 4 - 6 1 cup fruit juice, such as unsweetened pineapple or apple juice 1/2 cup cooked cereal (such as rice, millet, etc.) 1 tablespoon nuts or seeds of your choice (cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, etc.) Using only 1/2 cup of the juice, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add remaining juice, a little at a time, until mixture is of desired consistency. Use over hot cereal, waffles, or as a dressing for fruit salad. Serve chilled.
