Guest guest Posted December 23, 2002 Report Share Posted December 23, 2002 Black Bean Hummus (Dairy-Free)2 cups cooked black beans2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)2-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice1 clove garlic1/3 cup soymilk1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)1. Place beans, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic clove in a food processor.Blend for a full 1-2 minutes or until a paste is formed.2. Add soymilk and salt. Blend until it's smooth and creamy.3. Transfer to a container and refrigerate to chill.
