Guest guest
Marakay--The Asian meal is likely to have non-GF soy sauce or wheat based noodles or something. I'd order the fruit plate and bring my own " stash " in a soft-sided cooler. Everywhere I go, I carry nuts in baggies, rice cakes, wasabi peas (my favorite snack food!), drinks (frozen--they thaw), and various fresh fruits and veggies (bananas, sugar snap peas, baby carrots, and grapes are my favorites). If you're prepared, you can relax, knowing that no matter what happens, you won't be hungry. Marilyn
Guest guest
Hi Markay Yup, I agree with the rest to bring some stuff of your own and see what they provide. When I travel out of Oz they provide some fairly decent GF stuff, but my kids also have egg and milk problems and sometimes they give them choc bars. But when I travel out of Singapore, they have NO clue what to serve, pretty hopeless, usually they give a salad for my children and you know kids don't like to just have salad for a meal! Guest guest
Hi Marakay, I don't know about the Asian veggi meal from BA. But I can tell you that Asian Veggi meal usually would contain soy sauce. I think fruit plate is the safest choice. I hope this helps.
