French Toast

 

1 1/2 cups rice milk

3 Tbsp. arrowroot powder

1 tsp. cinnamon powder

4 - 6 slices gluten free bread

3 - 4 Tbsp. oil

 

In a wide bowl, whisk together rice milk, cinnamon, and arrowroot. Cut

bread into triangles; soak bread in rice milk mixture until softened,

1 - 3 minutes. Heat portions of the oil in a frying pan or griddle,

over medium high heat. Add several pieces of the soaked bread; do not

overcrowd the pan. Cook evenly on both sides for 2 - 3 minutes or

until each side is browned. Serve immediately with your favorite

fruits, jam or maple syrup.

 

Servings: 2 - 3
