Fruit Salad

Source: Women of Spirit, May/June 1998

 

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

3 bananas, sliced

2 apples, diced

1 mango, peeled and cubed

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 papaya, peeled and cubed

1 cup orange juice, fresh-squeezed

Fruit-Fresh (citric acid)

 

Place fruit in large decorative serving bowl. Pour orange juice over

fruit and mix well. Sprinkle lightly with Fruit-Fresh to keep fruit

from browning. Serve with Almond Cream Fuit Dressing (posted

previously).

 

Serves: 8
