Guest guest Posted July 3, 2006 Report Share Posted July 3, 2006 Watermelon Salad watermelon 1 red -OR- white onion, sliced finely 4 tsp finely chopped mint mint sprigs for garnishing Using a melon baller, ball a watermelon, taking care to keep the balls intact and avoing the pips and white rind. Lightly toss the oniuon and melon balls together. Sprinkle chopped mint over and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate before serving. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
