Guest guest Posted September 29, 2005 Report Share Posted September 29, 2005 Potato Delight Source: 3abn.org 2 lbs potatoes, raw, cut in small strips 3 onions, sliced 1 Tbsp. canola oil 1 container Silk Creamer enough Silk Soy Milk to cover (not vanilla) salt 1. Sauté the onion slices in canola oil and set aside. 2. Place one layer potatoes in an ovenproof, oiled dish, using 1/3 of the potatoes. Season with salt. 3. Cover with a layer of sautéed onions, using ½ of the onions. 4. Repeat once and end with a layer of potatoes. 5. Pour Silk Creamer and Silk Soy Milk over to cover. 6.
