Guest guest Posted September 29, 2005 Report Share Posted September 29, 2005 Hot Cranberry Juice Source: 3abn.org 4 cups cranberry juice 1 stick of cinnamon or 1 tsp. coriander 2 star anise 3 whole cardamom capsules, lightly crushed, or ½ tsp. cardamom seeds (Raisins) (Chopped almonds) 1. Place the juice and spices in a pot and let simmer for about 10 minutes. 2. Remove the spices. Serve hot with raisins and chopped almonds in the winter and eat a ginger snap with it, or drink it cold with ice and a slice of lemon in the summer.
