Guest guest Posted April 2, 2005 Report Share Posted April 2, 2005 I'm a former midwife and I recall that a lot of " my moms " used ginger to combat morning sickness. You could drink it as a tea or incorporate it fresh into your meals. Someone mentioned B vitamins and those are good, too. Also, I would recommend lots of exercise, fresh air and sunshine!
