Guest guest
They have more than just TWO! LOL! I have bought the all-purpose one, but have not used it yet. The pancake one is WONDERFUL! I also bought the bread mix but have not made that one either. He also sells flours and other GF ncessities for baking (xanthum gum, etc). Guest guest
Holly- I live just 35 minutes away from Bobs red mill. I use several of there GF mixs and grains. They work very hard to make sure there is no cross contamination. I highly recommend them. The local groceries place these products side by side with items like vital wheat gluten and there is often holes in both products. I am never sure if it has been contaminated or not and have had a child get sick using it once. I know Bob's is great about insuring no cross contamination, but the stores aren't. I spoke to head offices many times and they just don't care. They re-arrange it to suit our request and then the next time head office changes where things go in the store they end up right back with potential contamination. Kinnikinnick mixes at least come in a different pouch that doesn't tear easily and they too have lots to chose from and it all seems to work well eggless. Guest guest
We can purchase Bob's Red Mill products at our local health food stores and at some regular grocery stores. They all display them in the boxes that they come in from Bob's Red Mill. I've always found them in a special section, in boxes, and well cared for. It's too bad that you can't convince your local merchants to do the same. I usually buy the entire " set " of a product that comes in the " box " from the company. Save-On did that for awhile when they revamped the store and included all sorts of organic and specialty sections in their store but it's a year now and lots of those things didn't sell so they were reduced and not re-ordered. Safeway is supposed to be enlarging their store this coming year so maybe they will change things a little. Most of the mixes are too expensive for us right now anyway. It's just as easy to blend my own. BL
