Guest guest Posted January 21, 2004 Report Share Posted January 21, 2004 MILLET CASSEROLE 4 cups canned tomatoes 2 Tbsp. raw sunflower seeds 1 onion 1 cup raw millet 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. Italian seasoning Blend tomatoes, sunflower seeds, and onion until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place in a casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
