Thanks for catching my bad, Shari - I did mean PARCHMENT paper! I use that; I

don't know why I would say 'wax', I guess because they look very similar, or for

the same tired reason that on my previous post on David Wolfe I misspelled

'electricity' with an 'a'.

I really have to disagree. The wax will melt at a low temperature and I for one,

do not care to ingest wax.

Parchment and if you are worried about sticking, use a little olive oil or

coconut butter.
