Guest guest
Melonie: Nice point! Unfortunately we have beliefs on many levels. So consciously we may say dirt is salad but unconsciously we know it's dirt and not salad. So we some benefit but not as much as eating salad. The thing I try to remember and practice is that actions are stronger then words and words are more powerful then thoughts. This holds for good and bad. For me I need to turn away from people eating " McDirt " or pray for them. It hurts them and me too much for me to be judgmental about their choice. :>) Bill Vancouver WA melanieburtis " melanieburtis melanieburtis Mon Jul 10, 2006 3:48 pm (PST) > If this was true you could eat dirt and if your mind said it was > salad, it would be salad. Actually, quantum physics is proving that fact every day. You should read " The Biology of Belief " by Bruce Lipton or " The Field " by Lynne McTaggart. This idea touches on the earlier posts -- the body just doesn't do what it's going to do -- it responds DIRECTLY to your thoughts and your beliefs.
