Guest guest Posted April 1, 2005 Report Share Posted April 1, 2005 Breakfast Smoothie 1/2 C. strawberries 3/4 C. pineapple 1/2 C. blueberries 1/2 banana Put in blender and blend until smooth. add: 1 C. ice 6 oz silken tofu Liquefy in blender.
