Guest guest Posted September 29, 2005 Report Share Posted September 29, 2005 Scrambled Tofu Source: 3abn.org 1 medium onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 cups mashed tofu 2 Tbsp. yeast flakes 2 tsp. onion powder 3 Tbsp. Braggs Liquid Aminos salt to taste 1. Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil. 2. Add tofu and seasonings and stir until everything is mixed. 3. Continue to cook until most of the liquid is gone.
