Guest guest Posted July 3, 2006 Report Share Posted July 3, 2006 Pineapple Salad 1 small bunch endive 1 small pineapple 3/4 cup sultanas french dressing (optional) 1. Wash and dry the endive and remove the coarse stalks. Tear the leaves and place in a bowl. 2. Peel the pineapple and chop into 2.5 cm (1 " ) cubes. 3.
