Guest guest Posted August 28, 2006 Report Share Posted August 28, 2006 Prune Sunburst Whip Source: Weimar Cookbook 1 cup tofu 1 Tbsp. date butter (cooked dates and hot water, blended) 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1 cup prunes, cooked, pitted, and chopped 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained 2/3 unsweetened coconut, toasted 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted Whiz first 5 ingredients in blender.
