Guest guest Posted October 30, 2005 Report Share Posted October 30, 2005 HOT NUTTY QUINOA In a 1 quart saucepan, bring to a boil: 2 cups water 1 cup quinoa, rinsed 1/4 cup plus 1/8 cup pure maple syrup 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup almonds, coarsely chopped Simmer covered on low for 20 minutes.
