Guest guest Posted April 11, 2004 Report Share Posted April 11, 2004 Chocolate Cashew Cookies Source: Fabulous and Flourless 4 Tbsp. vegan margarine 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup ground toasted cashews 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, grated Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Flour a work area with rice flour. Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine them using a pastry blender. Place the dough on the work area and divide into three equal parts. Roll each part into a rope about 1 inch in diameter. Cut each rope into 1 " lengths. Form the segments into balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet at least 1 " apart. Bake them in the upper part of the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the pan. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
