Guest guest Posted April 11, 2004 Report Share Posted April 11, 2004 Chocolate Sauce Source: Fabulous and Flourless 1/8 cup sugar*** 1/4 cup water 3 oz. bittersweet chocolate Bring the sugar and the water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat and boil long enough to dissolve the sugar. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Add them gradually to the saucepan, stirring until smooth between additions. If the sauce is too thick, add m ore hot water, a teaspoon at a time.
