Guest guest Posted April 17, 2005 Report Share Posted April 17, 2005 Quinoa Flakes I enjoy using quinoa flakes in cooking and baking, but find that they are expensive, so I use them sparingly. I've found that in many recipes, regular cooked quinoa can be substituted with no adverse results in the finished product.
