Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing

This dressing is great on baked potatoes, as well as salads. It keeps,

refrigerated, for a week, so you may want to double the batch.

 

1/3 cup plain or original soy milk

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce

1 small clove garlic, chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup tahini

 

In a blender or food processor, blend soy milk, lemon juice, tamari,

garlic, and salt. Add tahini and blend for 15 seconds or until smooth.

 

Calories per tablespoon: 18

Be sure to use gluten free tamari or soy sauce in this recipe. Bragg's Liquid

Aminos can be substituted.
