It keeps, refrigerated, for a week, so you may want to double the batch. 1/3 cup plain or original soy milk 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce 1 small clove garlic, chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup tahini In a blender or food processor, blend soy milk, lemon juice, tamari, garlic, and salt.
