And if potato starch and potato flour are two totally different items, why does the Ener-G box say " Potato Starch Flour " ? Which IS it? Help! Guest guest Posted April 9, 2004 Report Share Posted April 9, 2004 Not a dumb question at all, in fact it gets to the heart of food labeling accuracy. I am allergic to potatoes (in addition to gluten) but can handle small ammounts of potato starch, but not potato flour. So it's important that people be able to tell the difference. Keep asking questions. Too many posts on this group are just recepies (important too!) when real communication with other sufferers is possible.
