Almond Pie Crust

Source: Weimar Cookbook/adapted

 

1/3 cup blanched almonds

1/3 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup water

2 tsp. soy flour

2 tsp. millet flour (or flour of choice)

1/2 tsp. salt

 

Whiz the first three ingredients in blender until very smooth. Mix dry

ingredients well. Add other ingredients. Knead lightly. It should not be

sticky when done. If it is, add more flour. Rol between wax paper until

thin. Prick with a fork and bake at 375 degrees until lightly golden.
