Guest guest Posted April 11, 2004 Report Share Posted April 11, 2004 Raspberry Cooler 8 cups fresh raspberries 1 1/2 cups sugar 2/3 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 2 liters ginger ale, chilled 2 cups cold water In a large saucepan, crush the berries. Stir in sugar, vinegar and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes. Strain to remove the seeds, refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in the ginger ale and water.
