Easter Season/Cold Platter

Hello, ladies. Thanks for your support. The meal is after the church

service, late morning. The eggs would be coloured, like some do, so it's

boiled. Other dishes are cold and not vegetarian related, so I won't mention

it.

 

There's the Easter bread and different cheeses. I was thinking of bring a

salad, but that has to be blessed. My parents may not like asparagus (I

found a nice salad with asparagus which is in season with barley), but

others might. I didn't know you can asparagus raw, until I tried it. Silly

me.

 

This is like a cold platter brunch menu. I envy those who eat nice warm

dishes.

I would bring a platter of nicely presented cut fruit, and one of

crudites with a vegan dip, such as hummus.
