Guest guest Posted April 2, 2004 Report Share Posted April 2, 2004 Frozen Strawberry Popsicles Source: Soyfoods USA newsletter, May 2000 Serving Size: 1 1 1/2 cups vanilla soymilk 1 cup mashed or pureed strawberries ***1/4 cup honey -- up to 1/2, up to depending on desired sweetness (may use alternative sweetener such as maple syrup, stevia, or fruit concentrate) 2 tablespoons lemon juice Combine all ingredients; mix well. Place in a chilled bowl. Cover and place in freezer. After about 2 hours, remove bowl from freezer and beat mixture well. Cover and return to freezer.
