Guest guest Posted August 28, 2006 Report Share Posted August 28, 2006 Orchard Apple Pie Source: Weimar Cookbook 2 cups grated apple 2 cups pineapple (unsweetened; canned okay) 1/4 cup softened and sweetened dates 3 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca Cook the last three ingredients until clear.
