Pecan Crust II

Source: Fabulous and Flourless

 

2 cups ground pecans

1/2 cup packed brown sugar (or alternative sweetener of choice)

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

4 Tbsp. vegan margarine

 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the ground pecans, the

sugar, and the cinnamon. Cut the margarine into small pieces and, with the help

of a pastry blender, incorporate them into the pecan mixture one at a time.

 

Press the dough onto the botto and sides of a 9-inch pie or tart pan. Bake in a

preheated oven until golden, about 20 minutes.
