Guest guest Posted April 17, 2005 Report Share Posted April 17, 2005 Avocado Cream Bread Spread Source: Taste of Health (adapted to vegan) 1 large ripe avocado 1 box (12.3 oz) silken tofu, firm 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 cup liquid sweetener of choice 1/8 cup onion, packed into cup 1 small clove garlic Cut avocado in half. Remove seed and scoop out pulp. Blend avocado with other ingredients until smooth and creamy. Chill. Keeps 3 days. Serve on toast or as a thick dressing. Makes 23 one-ounce servings.
