NUT CRUST

 

2/3 cup pecan meal

2/3 cup brown rice flour (or gf flour blend)

pinch of salt

1/8 cup pure maple syrup

1/8 cup oil

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. almond extract

 

Stir together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together the

liquid ingredients. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients to

form a moist, crumbly mixture. Press into the bottom of an oiled 9 x 9

square pan. Press flat. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 14 minutes or until

lightly browned. Do not overbake.
