Guest guest Posted August 28, 2006 Report Share Posted August 28, 2006 Kiwi Millet Pudding Source: Weimar Cookbook 2 cups millet, hot, most, cooked 2 cups pineapple, crushed or chunks (drained) 2 Tbsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt Granola of choice Kiwi fruit (optional) Blend first four ingredients. Spread layer of granola on bottom of casserole. Put half of the millet mixture in the next layer. Spread fruit on top of millet mixture. Add other half of millet mixture. Garnish with Kiwi fruit.
