Source: Weimar Cookbook

 

3/4 cup grapefruit

1 cup pineapple tidbits, unsweetened

1 cup orange segments

1/2 cup chopped dried prunes

 

Cut oranges in half and hollow out with a grapefruit knife. Combine

ingredients. Fill orange halves. Chill and serve with mint leaves.

 

Serves: 6
