Guest guest Posted April 29, 2006 Report Share Posted April 29, 2006 I have the 'special diet celebrations' by her and use it a lot. Ive got 6 kids/self w/celiac & varying food allergies. I make the mayo df/sf/ef, I just add more flour. Ive used some then changed recipes to fit our needs as well. Its a great book & resource to have,gives lots of good info on subtitutions. Good luck!
