Guest guest
David, You are aware that the Spelt and Oats recipe is NOT gluten free, right? Spelt is just a variety of wheat (lower in gluten than modern wheat) and oats are not available without some wheat contamination (and recent research shows about 20% of celiacs react to its protein, avenin, in exactly teh same way as gliadin). You might want to edit the original post on the web site and remove this recipe. > > David > Oat & Spelt Breakfast Cereal > > 1/2 cup uncooked Oat Groats > 1/2 cup uncooked Spelt --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus]
